The University of Leeds has a dedicated central Research and Innovation Service which works in partnership with Faculty-based Research and Innovation Offices to support academic members of staff who are seeking external funding and support for their research and innovation.
Central RIS also co-ordinates the University's REF submission and other returns, leads the implementation of new systems and procedures and co-ordinates strategic planning and policy in relation to research.
